The First Judicial Drug Court is writing this letter in support of the Lifeloc FC10Plus product. We have been using these breathalyzer units in our program beginning in June, 2005 and have purchased nine units throughout the years. The FC10Plus was purchased upon recommendations by Missouri State Troopers in our district. These units are used daily by our Sheriff's office for the morning random tests and also by our trackers who are in the field. Recently we purchased five additional units for our Sheriff's Office patrol officers to use in the field. All report that they are pleased with these units. The results are determined quickly and if necessary they can switch from passive mode which detects the presence of alcohol to the automatic test mode which will determine the actual numerical result of the sample. A great deal of money has been saved on mouthpieces for our program. We have performed over 10,000 tests in the last four years. At a cost of $.23 per mouthpiece we have saved over $2,000 using the passive mode. Our program highly recommends this product and the Lifeloc team.

…with regard to the portable breath testers that we purchased, “We love them”! I have not had any problems whatsoever they’ve been used many times in court already and we’ve also been using them in the field. My surveillance officers and drug court case managers are using them and routinely testing all of our kids on a very consistent basis in the homes and out in the field. I had no problems at all doing calibration checks with them, everything has just been simple and I think it’s one of the best tools I think I have ever used. I just could not possibly be more pleased, if you ever need a spokesman for your company CALL ON ME and I speak on behalf of about 35 staff people who are also using them.
