On a stop of a female that was passed out at the wheel at an intersection she stated she was a diabetic and caused her to have symptoms of a person who was under the influence. She was drinking what appeared to be fruit juice to a young officer. I arrived with my FC20 and while it was in the passive mode placed it above the fruit juice that showed a POS reading. Then the female driver, who was an experienced drunk, stated she would not take any tests because she had not been drinking. During her tirade I held up the FC20 in the passive mode and again had a POS reading. I showed the driver the display screen and she answered, what does POS mean? I told her that it was the same as LLPOF, Liar Liar Pants on Fire. She was arrested for DUI; her third offense, by the way.
