Your information will be automatically saved, and thereafter you can order supplies in minutes.

Purchase Orders
We honor purchase orders from government agencies and established companies. We will mail an invoice to customers who order with purchase orders and extend 30 day terms, subject to credit approval.

Supplies and equipment orders are generally shipped the next business day when received by 4:30 PM MST.

Method of shipment is via UPS or FedEx ground, FOB origin, with shipping and handling charges prepaid and added to your invoice. On request, we will also ship via Freight Collect or other carriers of your choice. Time-in-transit depends on your geographic location.

We also offer Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Air service upon request.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and Handling charges will be calculated when you place your order online or when the order ships. Please refer to online order or invoice for actual charges.
For our domestic customers, if you need a quote for S&H, please visit our website at www.lifeloc.com, click on buy for the items needed, get an S&H quote based on the type of service desired.
Expedited shipping costs are higher and are calculated at time of shipment and added to the invoice.
For domestic dry gas shipments we charge an additional $25.00 per box for required HazMat fees. Dry gas cannot be shipped to PO Box or FPO/APO addresses.
Orders going to Hawaii and Alaska ship via Two Day (2day) Air service, which adds to the shipping cost.
Please call for Rate Quote on ALL International Shipments. Flat Rate shipping & handling fees referenced DO NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
No Minimum Order Requirements
As a customer convenience, Lifeloc will ship any order received regardless of size, including on an expedited basis. However, we do recommend consolidating orders to save cost and take advantage of freight savings and incentives.
Order Confirmation
Automatic order confirmations are provided for all online orders.
In addition, tracking numbers are automatically printed on your invoice, which are normally mailed next business day after shipment occurs. Invoices may be faxed or emailed instead if requested when the order is placed.
International Shipments
Lifeloc routinely ships to International locations and APO/FPO addresses. Upon placement of order, Lifeloc will contact you with method of shipment, shipping and handling costs, and can provide all necessary documentation for export. Arrangements for shipment of dry gas calibration standards are handled on a case by case basis.
Return / Refund Policy
If the return request is due to shipping error by Lifeloc
We will refund or replace the mistaken shipment. Lifeloc will pay shipping and handling both ways to correct any errors. A replacement shipment can be sent immediately with a Lifeloc-paid return label for customer convenience in returning the original shipment. Upon receipt of the original shipment, full credit will be issued for returned materials.
For return requests due to receipt of defective merchandise, shipping errors, or damage in transit, the customer should inspect shipments and notify Lifeloc within 10 days of receipt of the shipment of any discrepancies. Depending on circumstances, Lifeloc will make the appropriate arrangements to replace or repair equipment, issue RA number, file necessary claims, and correct errors.
If you wish to return product for any other reason
Lifeloc will accept merchandise back within 30 days. The restocking charge is a nominal 5% (or $10.00 for orders under $200.00), subject to the terms below:
To return merchandise, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of shipment and provide reason for return request. Lifeloc will issue a Return Authorization Number. In order to receive credit, items approved for return must be shipped back to Lifeloc and received:
- In new and unused condition
- Freight prepaid
- With RA number clearly marked on package
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment
Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the product, Lifeloc will promptly issue a credit or refund, as appropriate, less the restocking fee.
The above policies apply to domestic orders only. For all International return requests, please e-mail sales@lifeloc.com or call 303-431-9500 with reason for request. Lifeloc will promptly contact you with instructions.

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax to customers in California and Colorado; tax exempt customers, for these states, must provide us with their tax exempt certification.
Because Lifeloc has no physical presence outside of Colorado, we do not collect sales tax for orders shipped elsewhere.
