Provides your choice of payment plan for the following set-up costs:
Lifeloc PBT's, Kits (including printers), calibration equipment, initial
supplies, and initial training costs (within guidelines).
Full Maintenance Plan (24 or 36 months):
The Full Maintenance Plan additionally incorporates Lifeloc's popular
Extended Service Plan in the cost of the equipment for the life of
the lease...at a special price.

How to Apply - 5 easy steps
- Contact
the Lifeloc Sales Department for an exact proposal on the equipment
and supplies needed. Approximate monthly payment options can be
quoted immediately by telephone, fax, or email. Questions will
be answered quickly and clearly
- Complete
a short application
- Applications
are processed quickly...normally requiring only two hours for
approvals
- Select
and order your equipment, initial supplies, and training to be
included (if applicable)
- Lifeloc
will arrange for the paperwork completion, signature and initial
payment, and your new equipment will be shipped immediately
Customer
payment on execution of the lease includes the first and last month's
payment. The last month's payment represents the only security deposit
required. All leases require credit approval. Training costs can be
included up to a maximum of 30% of equipment cost. Program is subject
to change at any time. Other terms apply.
