Lifeloc Operator and Calibration Technician	Must attend an Operator class with a Certified Instructor Operator can perform equipment calibrations Instructor sends appropriate paperwork and fee to Lifeloc for issuance of certificate	Every 5 years re-certification exam must be completed.
